§ 21. Reports to state treasurer by mayor and fire chief.

It shall be the duty of the mayor of the City of Pensacola and the chief of the fire department to promptly make all reports required by any general or special law, to the state treasurer as insurance commissioner, relating to the status of the fire department of the City of Pensacola.
