§ 27. [Issuance of subpoenas by board of trustees.]

In addition to all other rights and powers the board of trustees may have, the board of trustees shall have power and authority to cause subpoenas to be issued to require the attendance of witnesses and the production of documents for the purpose of determining or redetermining at any time and from time to time the eligibility, right, or entitlement to any pension, benefit, or other payment provided for under this act.
