It shall be unlawful for any person who shall own, control or occupy any lot, parcel
of land or premises in the city, or for the agent, servant, representative or employee
of any person, to allow weeds to grow upon the lot, parcel of land or premises to
a height exceeding twelve (12) inches or otherwise violate this article.
