§ 4-3-25. Enforcement.

The code enforcement division is hereby authorized, under the supervision of the director of sanitation services, to carry out the provisions of sections 4-3-18, 4-3-20 to 4-3-24 as may be deemed reasonable. A violation of this section shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in section 1-1-8 of this Code. Payment of a penalty for violation of this section shall not be a defense to imposition or collection of an assessment or lien as provided for in section 4-3-22.
